This modality involves the meridian system and talk therapy. It is a somatic healing. We use 2 fingers to gently tap,mainly on the head, to relieve feelings of stress,anxiety or whatever you’re suffering with. This “tapping “on the end meridian points sends messages to the emotional brain (the limbic system)activates the Amygdala (I call this the stress button) and lowers the amount of cortisol (stress hormone)in the body.
While tapping,you are invited to talk about “your issue “,the thing that holds you back from being your best self and you will find that the way you view things changes.
